Though Anna Gracey grew up in a home that ate healthy foods, she did have problems controlling her craving for sugar. More times than she would like to mention, she has had too much chocolate and other sweat treats during the course of the day. She simply did not know when to stop eating all the sweets sometimes. As a result of this she ensured that she had to get things under control and figure out the best way to stop giving in to her cravings. She started to do her research and eventually discovered that she simply needed to get rid of all the bad sugars from the diet and just cleanse the body of the built up toxins and get a fresh start on being health. That is how she got started the sugar detox and she found that it was extremely beneficial in the long run.
