He identified the principles of logos, ethos, and pathos. Logos is argument based on facts and reason. Ethos is argument based on character— your character. This is the credibility piece. Finally, pathos is argument based on listeners’ emotions. Those are what you need to exploit. So think about your pitch in terms of logos, ethos, and pathos.
