As if sweets, cosmetics, a great car or SPA procedures could compensate for the lack of love and care to originate from childhood. As a rule, selfishness satisfies false needs forming the facade of the personality. The egoist always takes advantage of somebody and doesn’t care how the other people feel about it. He is a throwing away his "needy" part, placing it into the others: let the others feel cold and starve, and I will be well-fed and dressed...

    Over-care for others is problematic aspect; as a rule, a stimulus for such behavior is a profound inner deficiency, lack of confidence in yourself, in your importance, necessity, and uniqueness. Over-care for others is intended to prove the importance, not to feel like someone who needs care but, vice versa, feeling strong and confident. As a rule, such people act according to the scheme “Put a sweater on – I'm cold!”
